Christmas in Japan
In Japan, Christmas Eve, December 24th, is a day spent with a lover or significant other, and December 25th is generally spent with family, regardless of religion. A typical family Christmas menu includes chicken on the bone (many families order from KFC), a whole cream-based cake, champagne for adults, and champagne for children. For foreigners coming to Japan around Christmas time, I recommend making reservations early (I can help with that if you wish).
