Cancellation Policy

🗼 Tokyo Day Trip Travel Policy 1. Basic Policy: This tour aims to provide an efficient one-day experience of the history, culture, cuisine, and scenery of Tokyo or the surrounding area. We will use public transportation or automobiles to ensure safe and comfortable travel. We will balance sightseeing, dining, and activities to allow you to experience Tokyo's blend of tradition and modernity. 2. Tour Conditions: Length of Trip: One day trip; Departure/End: Tokyo hotel or Tokyo Station; Number of Participants: 1-4; Guide: Accompanying 3. Included in the Cost: Transportation; Guide fee; Lunch (one time); Other (cruise fare, admission fees to tourist attractions) 4. Not Included in the Cost: Personal meals, shopping, and souvenirs; Optional experience fees (e.g., kimono rental, rickshaw ride, etc.); Travel insurance 5. Safety and Security Considerations: As there is a lot of walking, we recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes. Please take care to avoid heatstroke in the summer and cold weather in the winter. In crowded tourist areas, please follow the guide's instructions and act as a group. 6. Cancellation Policy Up to 7 days before the start of the trip: Free Up to 72 hours before the start of the trip: 50% of the trip price Up to 24 hours before the start of the trip: 80% of the trip price Changes The same rules as for cancellations may also apply to date changes and changes to participant names. The rules of the transportation company or facility may take precedence. Refund Method If a refund is required due to cancellation, the refund will be made after deducting the specified administrative fee. Disclaimer As a general rule, this policy also applies in the event of cancellation or changes due to force majeure such as bad weather, disasters, or transportation delays or suspensions. However, if we decide to cancel the guide, we will refund the full trip price.
